Description: Juan Jurado Gomez belongs to the very new batch of young Andalusian's who see native wines of the Marco a future far from the classic styles of fortified wines (Porto). After a life as a Sommelier in London, Juan Jurado returned to his roots to make wines from the calcareous soils of Albariza, made in a traditional way. minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts and little sulfur. The wine displays notes of lemon zest, yellow flowers, stone fruit, mineral stone, and saline. .An excellent gastronomical and refreshing white wine.
