Description: The history of Cascina Carrà began in 1986 on 6 hectares of family land, to which Italo and Marisa soon added as many vineyards. The farm is located in Monforte d’Alba, in San Sebastiano. In the Langhe, a place truly suited as renowned for its noble wines, which do not require the contribution of human science. They do not conduct viticulture with biodynamics, but they have learned some characteristics that they apply in their vineyards. A powerful, dry, and ethereal wine. It displays an intense ruby color with garnet hues that deepen with age; on the nose, it bursts with a blend of fragrant violet and fruit-in-spirit aromas, accompanied by elegant notes of sweet spices and cocoa. On the palate, it is potent and high in alcohol, with a long finish.
