Frascati is famously known as the "Golden Wine of the Romans". The Pallavicini family upholds this singular tradition, crafting a thoughtful Frascati that celebrates the bright nose of this wine. The grapes are hand-harvested using a careful selection process. Malvasia del Lazio provides rich and harmonious aromas, while Malvasia di Candia adds color and gives the wine a rustic characteristic. The Trebbiano Toscano rounds out the blend with refreshing acidity.
