Description: . While the historic family estate is primarily rooted in the Rhône Valley, this creative, alternative cuvée utilizes grapes sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of the Pays du Gard and Languedoc region. Frédéric and Benoît Lavau have joined the team at their family winery which has since become a renowned and respected name in Rhone Valley winemaking. OrangeFol is a white wine vinified like red wine. The winemaking process consists in fermenting the whole cluster for an extended period of time to bleed the color from the skins onto the juice. Aromas of dry flowers, quince, and hazelnuts. Citrus tangerine, spice, and orange pilth on the palate creates a complex white wine worthy of a meal.
