Description: Domaine Alain Voge is a family run winery based in Cornas and has built a reputation as one of the best estate in Cornas AOC. Alain Voge has been overseeing the estate since 1958 and if you know the wines of Cornas, then you should know the wines of Alain Voge. The declassified Cote du Rhone is an opportunity to taste some of the finest grapes of Cornas without paying the price. The wines of Alain Voge are known for their grace and opulence while retaining great purity of fruit and structure. The Les Peyrouses displays crimson and purple reflections with aromas of violets and pomegranate. On the palate the tannins are firm and gripping with balanced alcohol/ acid. Black raspberries, oak, and red plum skin on the finish.
