Description: The fruit is sourced from the La Morra township where Barolo shows some of its most elegant results. This is by far is the most complete wine in the Ascheri portfolio with extra layers of fleshiness and structure. The results are very gratifying for this wine will only be produced in the best vintages.
The La Morra estate is situated in the western part of Barolo. Southwest and southeast facing slopes at an altitude of 350m above sea level.
Matteo describes it as a wine that is as much about place as it is family roots: It so happens that his last name “Ascheri” is also the official vineyard designate.
