Bill Powers have been producing very good wines for over 30 years in Washington State. Low-impact, sustainable farming has been a trademark of this family winery. Aromas of field greens and provincial herbs. The palate exhibits dry, gripping ripe tannins and medium-to-full body. Upfront notes of blueberry and toasted oak. Layer of gravel and loam speaks of the terroir.
Food Pairing: very versatile from steak, BBQ and pizza to burgers to pastas to charcuterie.
