Sebastien works his parcels by hand, vinifying each separately, seeking to express the unique character of the appellation’s two distinct terroirs. 50 year old vines make this an astonishing Chenin Blanc. Its round, soft texture also expresses lovely mineral stone or flint notes intertwined with apricot character and subtle hints of jasmine flower.
