Piedorosso grape vine, called “per‘ ‘e palummo”, for the red color of the grape-stalk recalling that of the pigeons’ claw, is a typical variety from Campania. This wine, made from vines grown on volcanic soil and crafted according to the tradition of the Amalfi Coast, exhibits clear ruby red and flavors of dusty raspberry, cedar wood with lively acidity. It is so light and elegant that it can be enjoyed as a rose wine. A great dinner wine that works with a wide range of food, even fish.
