Description: Established in 1998, Fairvalley Wines is a joint venture of Fairview Estate farm workers in Paarl, South Africa. Started out as an empowerment venture, the farm workers at Fairview Wine and Cheese Estate undertook the responsibility to uplift their future and that of our fellow farm workers, through the production of this wine range. Young winemaker Awie Adolf has fully taken the reins and now, "WE ARE PROUD OF OUR WINES AND INVITE YOU TO ENJOY THE FRUITS OF OUR LABOUR. Inviting aromas of stone fruit and melon on the nose. Well-rounded palate with flavors of stone fruits and citrus with a soft smooth texture and a balanced acidity.
