Description: The 2022 vintage marks 20 years of making Petite Sirah at Fleur de California, and our 13th year working with fruit from the Suisun Valley appellation. This region lies just east of the southern Napa Valley, with a very similar climate. Beautiful deep violet color with aromas of blackberries, mascarpone, black fig, and black tea. The palate exhibits light dusty tannins, good acid/alcohol balance and toasted oak. This is all intertwined into an easy drinking red that works well with or without food.
