Description: FUSO is a project that was started by the importer of this wine, PORTOVINO. They’ve commissioned a winery in several major regions of the world to create a “FUSO”. A “FUSO” wine is another way of saying “Daily sipper.” These wines are typical to their region and are usually enjoyed any night of the week with or without food. GLÄS is a German Riesling from the biodynamic producer, Jonas Seckinger. Jonas says, " I work by intuition…smelling and tasting the wine daily, like my grandfather did." His house style is bone dry, with savory (almost salty) notes coming from the red sandstone soils.
