Description: Saints Hills Winery is a boutique winery located in Dalmatia. Winemaker Ernest Tolj is the father of all Saints Hills’ wines. Their small army of oenologists and agronomists, together with their friend and consultant Michel Rolland, have grown and learned alongside their vines. Their wines are a reflection of the collective strength of the family, the vineyards, and the winemaking team. Light straw-colored wine with aromas of lemon curd, toasted almonds and brioche. In the mouth, it is well balanced and soft on the palate with flavors of mango, guava, pineapple and lemon meringue pie. The finish is elegant and persistent with a surprise burst of crisp acidity in the post palate.
