Description: Owned by Cathy and Daniel Laffite in the small hillside vineyards of Catalanes in the region of Roussillon. The wine exhibits pale-straw color with aromas of lanolin, coconut milk, and white flowers. The palate is vibrant and racy with medium-plus acidity and notes of papaya, quince and buttercream. The wine reveals lots of nervous tension on the mid-palate with a dry finish of citrus and lime pith.
