Description: Château de Calavon belongs to the Audibert family who have been making wine in Lambesc (in the heart of Provence) for five generations. They own and organically cultivate the oldest vineyard in the area, which has been famous for its wines since the Middle Ages. The vineyard is beautifully surrounded by forests and hills, creating a unique micro-climate that helps to support authentic ecological biodiversity. The wine display pink salmon color with light citrus and floral garden aromas. The palate is dry, crisp , and expresses the soft mineral structure making it a versatile choice for various occasions.
