The Manzoni Bianco grape is a crossing between Riesling and Pinot Bianco, and is rich in aromas and flavour.
The Madre, meaning "mother", is an elegant wine with aromas of stone fruit, lemongrass, and thyme. The palate is chewy with a rich mouthfeel & notes of toasted grains, buttercream and hints of minerality; it finishes smooth and long. A complex, elegant food wine!
