Grape: 100% Treixadura. Region: Spain> Galicia> Ribeiro. Notes: Biodynamic farming. Unoaked, fermented naturally and bottled without filtration. 60,0000 bottles produced.
Description: The natural/biodynamic nature of this wine gives it a softness and subtle complexity compared to its peers. Dry, Nuacned Spanish white.
"The 2016 The Flower and the Bee (labeled 'La Flor y la Abeja' in Spanish) is produced from Treixadura from the Avia valley in granite-rich soils. It has a floral nose, very clean and precise, with very good freshness and very good acidity. It finishes dry, with the strict sensation of the granite. This is remarkably similar to the white Ailalá."
