Description: In 1928, Renzo Cesari purchases Brigaldara estate with his son Lamberto, he specializes in viticulture with love and passion. The greatest impulse takes place in the 80s, when the direction passes into the hands of Stefano, Renzo's grandson, who starts a long-lasting collaboration with Roberto Ferrarini, perhaps one of the most important innovators in the history of Amarone and Valpolicella. In 1997, Brigaldara's Amarone is awarded for the first time the Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso.

For their Soave, they only employ one grape variety: Garganega. A large sparse bunch and a medium-sized berry are the typical features of this native variety from the eastern part of Verona. Light yellow straw color with aromas of white flowers, chamomile, and meyer lemon. On the palate, light to medium-body with good acidity and a silky texture. On the palate, notes of starfruit, yuzu (meyer lemon), and a touch of slate are revealed with a long, mouth-watering finish.
