Description: Masari was born in 1998 when Massimo Dai Lago, educated in winemaking, and Arianna Tessari, raised in a family of winegrowers in the Soave Classico area, determined to recover the history and viticulture of Valle d’Agno. Located in an intact ecosystem among woods, vines grow in volcanic soil on terraces supported by thick dry-stone walls. This wine is fragrant and captivating, with a creamy texture upfront and crisp acidity on the finish. The fruit tone is subtle and reminiscent of a very restrained Riesling.
Food Pairing: Acidic food, antipasto, basil, poultry, cajun cuisine, fish tacos, roast pork/ duck / goose,, ham, Thai food, salmon, seafood pasta, etc.
