Description: Founders Luigi and Giuseppe Morini, who in 1980 decided to join forces and their land with the purpose of cultivating the fruits of the earth, particularly grapes. Over the years, the progenitors’ son (founder’s sons), the seven Morini brothers and cousins, joined in the company, bringing their energy and skills to modernize the family business. It has been proven that the ancient Romans use to cultivate the same lands growing grape vines, olive trees, and fruit trees. Light ruby color and transparent at the center. Aromas reminiscent of red flora, brambly cherry, and sweet marjoram. On the palate a touch of heat is upfront but dissipates with aeration. Soft, dusty tannins with notes of cherry fruit, sweet herbs (thai basil) toward the dry, long finish. Excellent wine to put a slight chill on a hot day.
