Steenberg Wine Farm is a destination steeped in heritage, established in 1682. The farm produces some of the finest Sauvignon Blanc in South Africa. It’s cool climate, rich soil diversity, and proximity to ocean breezes create ideal conditions for producing world-class wine. This Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is made to be fun, fruity and fresh. The nose is full and intense with aromas of passion fruit, mineral quartz, and a hint of citrus. The palate is light with good perlage and a lively mousse. Mid-palate exhibits refreshing guava and meyer lemon with a dry finish.
