Description: Sourced from vineyards in the Fair Play AVA, an area with high mountainsides and deep granite soils that has been growing incredible wine grapes since the California Gold Rush. Following cold soaking and fermentation, grapes have skin maceration for 10-20 days before being aged in French oak for 9 months.
This lush and fruity zinfandel is surprisingly dry, with no residual sugar and soft tannins. Medium-bodied, ultra-smooth, rich and relaxed, it boasts notes of ripe cherry, roasted plum and tilled earth, with cedar and sage accents that lend complexity.
