Description: The winery is owned and operated by Francesca "Cesca" Vicent, a fifth-generation grape producer who inherited the family estate in the 1980s. She officially established the winery in 2000 to produce estate-bottled wines rather than selling the grapes to cooperatives. A pure expression of Priorat’s indigenous grape, Garnatxa (same as Grenache and Cannonau). This wine displays a beautiful crimson color with aromas of raspberry-n-cream and cherry blossom. Bursting with fresh red fruit, floral nuances, and a delicate mineral tone on the palate. The 12-month aging in French oak enhances its depth and complexity creating ripe, integrated tannins. Surprisingly balanced with no alcohol spikes . Only the most concentrated and expressive Garnatxa barrels are selected for this limited production wine, resulting in a silky, refined, and elegantly structured profile.
Food Pairing: Spanish tapas, Manchego cheese, Earthy vegetarian dishes, ratatouille, gamey meats, etc.
