Description: Born at St. Sadurní d’Anoia, Ramon Parera and Jordi Arnan, oenologist and agronomist respectively, started the PARDAS project in 1996 with the idea of making the best wine possible at the Can Comas property. Farmed with minimal intervention and without fertilization, the vineyards are encouraged to express the character of each vintage and terroir naturally. Rupestris comes from the Latin term for "growing among rocks". The wine reflects the limestone soils, producing a mineral-driven wine with both tension and purity.
