Notes: Second Wine of Chateau Duhart Milon wich is a 4th Cru Classé of Pauillac that was founded in the 18th century under the impetus of the Lafite family who covered Pauillac with vines at that time.
The Second Wine of Château Duhart-Milon, Moulin de Duhart is a Pauillac wine made from a rigorous selection of vines younger than the vineyard's average. This wine takes its name from an old mill once located on the Carruades plateau, next to the Château Duhart-Milon vineyard. The color reveals a delicate, dark and deep hue. Powerful, the nose exudes delicious fragrances of ripe, fresh fruit (burnt cherry, pomegranate). A broad, intense attack precedes a powerful, beautifully rounded palate. Throughout the tasting, woody aromas blend harmoniously with indulgent pastry and praline notes, leading to a striking finish.
2020 is the first vintage vinified in the estate's new cellars.
