Description: Ovum Wines is a project created by Ksenija Kostic and John House in Oregon. Their philosophy is to find wine growers that care for their vineyards in organic/ biodynamic techniques. The Riesling is a beautifully textured Riesling with a high acid tone with a dry finish. Restrained and complex aromatics, subtle fruit tones seemlessly lead to sweet herbs like chamomile, and metallic tones like saffron on the finish.
