Description: The history of Cascina Carrà began in 1986 on 6 hectares of family land, to which Italo and Marisa soon added as many vineyards. The farm is located in Monforte d’Alba, in San Sebastiano. In the Langhe, a place truly suited as renowned for its noble wines, which do not require the contribution of human science. They do not conduct viticulture with biodynamics, but they have learned some characteristics that they apply in their vineyards. Cascina Carra believe that the respect we they give to the earth, punctually is reciprocated through quality. "The Tita Nebbiolo d'Alba is an intense wine, elegant and with great concentration. The color is garnet. The nose explodes in enveloping and ethereal balsamic sensations where rhubarb and then with aging prevailing in spice such as cinnamon and green pepper and in evolutionary notes of white truffle and vanilla. The mouth is sumptuous, rightly austere, with great final persistence and with a silky tannin." - Cascina Carra.
