Description: Centorri is an Ialtian estate owned and managed by all women. Winemaker Eleonora Brangero, along with her mother Emiliana and grandmother Camilla—known as the "ladies of Moscato." has operated the small family estate since its inception, currently on the 3rd generation. The wine is made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, mostly grown in the Pavia vineyards which have now expanded to 84 acres, with a small portion coming from the Piedmont estate. Vinification takes place at the family winery in Castiglione Tinella. A lively sweet sparkling wine with pronounced aromas of fresh fruits (white peach, grapes, baked apples, etc.) and flora. The low alcohol level (3% Alc.), good acidity, and fine bubbles counter-balance the sweetness.
Food pairing: Apple, fruit dessert, biscotti, brunch, citrus-flavored desserts, ginger, mascarpone, panettone, sorbet, etc.
