Description: A new take on an 18th century French tradition and tribute to an infamous New Orleans cocktail. Centuries ago, the French introduced the concept of spiking their coffee with brandy to create a digestif. In 2018, Grand Brulot revived that custom with a VSOP cognac blended with rich Robusta coffee from Ecuador. Hand-crafted by the Tardy family on their estate in Cognac, France. Cellar master Christoph Tardy, fifth-generation Cognac producer - meticulously selects the finest ‘eaux de vie’ to craft a unique VSOP cognac which is blended with premium Ecuadorean 100% Robusta coffee beans selected for their concentrated richness. The blend is then aged in French oak barrels for at least 4 to 5 years, creating a full-bodied coffee liqueur balanced with notes of apricot, citrus, and spice.
