The winery is situated in the heart of the village of Gigondas and founded in 1900. Stephanie Fumoso is the current proprietor of this family estate. Minimal intervention in the vineyards and in the celler are essential to preserving the true character of the wine.
"...This cuvée comes all from limestone terroirs, isn’t destemmed and will see two years in mostly concrete tanks. It’s a classic, old-school effort that offers lots of leafy herbs, dark fruits, pepper and damp earth in a medium to full-bodied, concentrated, fresh, tannic style. It’s as traditional as it gets."
