Description: Ulacia winery is a family-owned business in Getaria, the birthplace of the Getariako Txakolina D.O. They have been making Txakoli for three generations which has made them well-known for the way they respect the wine-making tradition. This respect and the knowledge passed down from generation to generation by way of the family’s wisdom enables them to combine craftsmanship with tradition and modern technology, producing top-quality wines with a personality of their own.
This is a straw-colored wine with a tinge of green. Intense aroma of crushed stones with hints of bright smelling fruits (pineapple, citrus fruits….). On the palate it's a crisp, clean expression with bright acidity. The wine offers a slight effervescent texture from the natural fermentation process while maintaining a dry, well-balanced finish.
