From a very unique wine-producing tradition we have a widely-planted Georgian variety that is a spicy orange wine with lots of dried citrus and apricot flavors from the Rkatsiteli grape. With well-expressed aromas of barberry and rose, combine with raspberry notes it’s soft and rich that has well-expressed dried barberries /strawberries leading to an earthy minerality. A medium-bodied dry wine with a balanced tannin level, backed by lively acidity and long finish.
Food pairing: Duck-comfit, roasted root vegetables, mildly spiced curries, grilled pork, etc.
