Description: Founded in 1620, it is one of the oldest wine estates in Provence and has been undergoing a renaissance since 2012. In the heart of Provence, near the picturesque village of Lorgues between Marseille and Nice. This wine displays a very pale salmon color with aromas of spring flowers, strawberry fields, and quartz-like minerality. The palate shows bright acidity creating a tart, citrus sensation upfront. The mid-palate is defined by mineral stone, rhubarb, and cranberries. This is a very dry Rosé that shows subtle hints of fruit and floral notes while keeping a very balanced acid/alcohol level.
