Les Parcelles is the precise expression of the Bouzy terroir vinified by the Paillard brothers; a balance between the power of the Pinot Noirs exposed to the south of the Montagne de Reims and the finesse of the chalky subsoils.
Made primarily from the 2021 harvest with 20% reserve wines.
Aged in barrels for 10 months, this wine benefited from 3 years of aging on the lees before disgorgement.
Dosage: 2 gr/l.
