Description: Reviving the ancient grape Zibibbo from Calabrese, a historic grape variety of the region with so much potential. Cantine Benvenuto managed to obtain authorization from the Italian Government to vinify Zibibbo as a Calabrian IGP (Zibibbo Calabrese IGP). Their commitment has been recognized internationally and in 2020, the New York Times had written that Zibibbo Calabrese is among the best white wine in Italy, a recognition that has encouraged them to continue with even more exploration. Benvenuto has now created a wonderful skin-contact orange (amber) wine. The wine has a lovely light orange-amber color. Aromas are expressive with linden flower and white grape characteristics. Dry and crisp with good acidity throughout the length of the palate exhibiting notes of Linden flowers and white grape must.
