Description: Catarina Vieira has been in charge of the estate and she believes that Alentejo has the unique conditions required to produce world-class wine. The label Mariana was inspired by the picturesque love story between the nun Mariana Alcoforado and the French gallant soldier in the 17th Century. Dry aromatic style, with notes of red melon, onion skin, and hyacinth flowers on the palate with a round, juicy mouthfeel.
