A winner of Tri-Bichierri (famed Italian wine award), this moderately fruity, refreshing, light weight white is made entirely by a brother and sister team, who do everything themselves from farming to bottling. It is vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel, and benefits from extended lees contact giving it a mineral and complex expression of not only the soils but also the salinity from the nearby Adriatic Sea. The winery is located in the heart of the province of Chieti, amid the hills that drop gently down from Majella Mountains to the sea.
