Description: Winemaker, Valentina di Camillo and her brother does everything from farming to bottling their estate wines. Winner of the Tre-Bichierri (famed Italian wine award), this moderately fruity, refreshing, light to medium-weight wine is vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel. It benefits from extended lees contact, giving it a mineral and complex expression of not only the soils but also the salinity from the nearby Adriatic Sea. The winery is located in the heart of Chieti, amid the hills that drop gently down from Majella Mountains to the sea.
