Description: Mad Med is the second label of Aix-en-Provence winery Domaine de la Mongestine. 100% Cinsault sourced from an organic neighboring vineyard, is hand harvested with spontaneous wild yeast fermentation in cement tank. The resulting wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with only a kiss of sulfur if needed. The wine can be slightly chilled or served at room temperature. It displays an explosion of raspberry and cherry fruit aromas and flavors with soft tannins. Natural wine glou glou style at its finest.
