Description: Lubanzi is a collaborative enterprise: the story of community, of partnerships, and of the path less traveled.
Named for the wandering dog that the locals called Lubanzi, the dog that led them on a whirlwind backpacking trip across South Africa’s Wild Coast, and who by some stroke of luck, brought this all to life. A wine filled with vibrancy and luminosity. Pale yellow-green tinge in the glass followed by a wonderfully aromatic nose with hints of green melon, passionfruit, and stone fruit. The lingering mineralithy expresses the true terroir of Swartland.
Food pairing: Asian food, barbecue, calamari, clams, seafood, fried foods, salad, veggies, etc.
