Description: Vincent Careme has worked with Chenin Blanc in Vouvray, France since 1999 before he married Tania, born in the winelands of South Africa. The 40 year old Chenin Blanc vines sit on shale and decomposed granite soil. Producing a rich, medium-bodied, dry wine with lots of honeysuckle, brulee and apricot characteristics. A hint of peach pits on the finish.
