Description: In the land of the Cadre Noir, it is on the hill of Puy-Notre-Dame, in the heart of the troglodytes of Chavannes and its Turonian clay-limestone soils, that their Cabernet Francs flourish. Domaine de L'Enchantoir carefully select the grapes, which are then matured for 15 months in vats until a subtle balance is obtained, showing black fruits and spice, power and elegance. Their objective is to find purity in the expression of our terroir. This wine deserves to be served with red meat and game. A great vintage!
