Description: Tellus Vinea is a simpler, more affordable wine that is produced by renowned Saint-Emilion grand cru Chateau Belregard-Figeac. The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards that border the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. It is predominantly Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Franc in the blend that provides additional structure to the wine. Using only stainless steel and concrete tanks, the wine highlights the pure fruit character. The wine is rich with aromas of plum, and dark berries. The vineyard is managed meticulously with leaf trimming and minimum chemical use.
Food Pairing: Red meats to game, steaks to stews, charcuterie, etc.
