Description: Located in the south of Chile, Tinto de Rulo is the project of three friends that came together to make artisanal, terroir driven wines. This Pipeno is a bright, crunchy naturally made wine. All hand harvested and aged in Amphora and rauli wood. The nose exhibits lavender, fennel, and anise/Thai basil, while the palate expresses notes of granite, bay leaf, and red & blue berries. A very drinkable and delicious wine! Can be served with a slight chill.
Food Pairing: Blue cheese, game stews, parsnips, feta cheese, falafel, duck, okra, mushroom pasta, etc.
