Description: Jean-Paul Brun is a rare, old-school winemaker that has eschewed carbonic maceration in favor of purely traditional Burgundian vinification. The vines were planted around 1977 (old vines) and only using native yeast creates a beautifully constructed Beaujolais that offers complexity and finesse.
