Description: Jean-Paul Brun is a rare, old-school winemaker that has eschewed carbonic maceration in favour of purely traditional Burgundian vinification. The vines were planted around 1977 (old vines) and he uses only native yeast to create a beautifully constructed Beaujolais that offers complexity and finesse.
