Description: Established in Austria-Galicia, which was part of Poland between 1918 - 1939. This distillery has been owned by the Baczewski family since 1782. During its long history the Monopolowa vodka has won numerous awards for its taste and quality and is still consistently rated as a world class vodka. Produced in accordance with an old Polish recipe from the highest quality triple-distilled vodka. The use of a special variety of potatoes and fresh Alpine spring water. The aromas are soft and alcohol ethers in check. Nice light to medium viscosity.
Vodka: Disttilled beverage composed primarily of water and ethanol. Traditionally made by the distillation of fermented cereal grains,(rye,wheat, barley, corn, rice) or potatoes. However fruit or beet sugar can be distilled into vodka as well.
The objective is to produce a spirit that is smooth, clean, and very subtle aromatics. Mostly used for mixing cocktails.
