You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wines. All delivery and shipping require an adult signature with valid photo ID.



Order online and pickup at the store at your convenience. There’s no pickup charge. No minimum order.



With a minimum order of $50 (before tax) and a $5 delivery surcharge, The Winery will deliver locally between West 86th Street and West 150th Street; between 3rd Avenue and Riverside Drive. Local deliveries are available 7 days a week.

Same day delivery service is available if the online order is placed before 1pm. If after 1pm, please call us to check for availability. Delivery hours are from 4:00pm to 9:00pm with last call-in order taken at 8pm for same day delivery. All other delivery times must be approved by The Winery staff.

If the address does not have a doorman, please note preferred delivery time within a two-hour window from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Special delivery instructions such as buzzer buttons and delivery entrances should also be noted.



No minimum order. In addition to FedEx and UPS shipping options, we offer a delivery service to anywhere in Manhattan for $20. Manhattan deliveries are available everyday except on Sunday.

Next-day delivery service is usually available for orders placed before 4 pm. Same day delivery may be available. Please call us at (212) 222-4866 to inquire.

If the address does not have a doorman or a mail room, please indicate your preferred delivery time in a two-hour window from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm and special delivery instructions such as buzzer buttons and delivery entrances. We will call you to make sure someone will be there to receive the order before we attempt the delivery.

All deliveries returned due to failure on part of the customer to be present during prescribed time of delivery may be subject to additional charges.



No minimum order. Please select your preferred method of shipping at the checkout. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours. Please contact us for inquiry. Due to the regulations, we can not accept wine orders for shipment to the following states: Massachusetts and New Hampshire.



We are sorry but we currently ship only within the US.



All sales are final. No cash or credit refund can be issued. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value or for store credit within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the following: sales receipt, original bottle (with wine to be evaluated) and cork or enclosure. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% of total merchandise or $25 minimum, whichever larger, will be charged for orders cancelled after delivery or shipping has been attempted.
