Description: "A Pedreira" is a white wine from the DO Rias Baixas, made by Bodegas Fulcro, in the sub-area of Salnés, more specifically in the town of Sanxenxo, Pontevedra. Manuel Moldes is the person behind the Fulcro winery. The vineyard is located overlooking the sea, on sandy granitic soils. Its philosophy of respecting to the maximum the grape and the environment has led to an ecologically-friendly viticulture and very little modern alterations in the cellar. Finca A Pedreira is made exclusively from the farm that carries the same name. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, lees contact for 5 months without malolactic fermentation. All work is done by hand with no use of insecticides or pesticides. The result is a classic sea-oriented Albarino with good acidity, perfect with fish dishes.
