Clean, minerally, briny, light-body white wine
Region: Italy> Liguria/Tuscany.
The Terenzuola estate is located in extreme northern part of coastal Tuscany, in the Colli di Luni DOC, which also overlaps the southeastern corner of Liguria. This small estate is planted predominantly to Vermentino, which The Corsano is made exclusively from. Vermentino is a seafood wine. It is dry with great minerality and brininess that came from the maritime climate and the soils with fossilized shells. Aromas of this wine in particular has hints of nutmeg and spices. The grapes are picked by hand and each plot is fermented separately and aged on the lees for 6 months before being blended/bottled.
