Notes: Oak barrel aging.
Dense with creamy layers of pear, apple, and acacia honey, an incredibly elegant wine in a shiny, crystalline pale yellow robe. On the nose the intermingling floral and fruit aromas are made more complex by notes of vanilla. The attack on the palate is both fresh and full, showing great balance with a suave finish that is stamped with notes of hazelnut and vanilla. Make sure to aerate this wine well before you drink to bring out the optimum flavors. The Domain Comte de Lauze is a small winery exploited by the current owners since 1976. This wine will age well in your cellar.
Food Pairing: White meats or seafood, grilled or with rich creamy/buttery sauces. Aged soft cheese. Game.
